Take 20 minutes to scan your inbox. Note one or two special offers that make you feel like the brand is giving you something no other brand bothered to offer you - despite you opening like 90% of their emails!

Now, use those offers to guide you on sending a super-special offer to your VIP email subscribers who open and click on the vast majority of your email campaigns.
